Valley Farm Animal Hospital is the only true 24hour vet in Pretoria, with veterinarians on site at all times.

Our emergency service operates 24 / 7 even on holidays. Patients are cared for in our High Care Ward. The on duty doctor, nurse and kennel staff are responsible for critical care and constant monitoring of all inpatients, giving you peace of mind should your pet have to stay with us. 

Our High Care Ward is equipped with everything needed for emergency and critical patients. We see and treat a wide range of trauma cases such as motor vehicle accidents, dog bite wounds, lacerations; toxicities such as snakebites, gastric dilation surgeries as well as care for pets in organ failure; liver, kidney or cardiac; status epilepticus, seizures, endocrine disease etc.

Our on-duty doctors are supported by Dr Gareth Zeiler Critical Care Specialist and his team of residents.
